Susie Maxwell, President back
Susie Maxwell has worked in the payment industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining the payment industry, Susie worked in retail banking and was Director of Operations for two investment firms. She has held many management roles throughout her career and has built several companies that have been recognized for delivering outstanding customer support.
Prior to founding MAXpci, Susie was the Director of Partnership Programs and Marketing, and a managing member of, Justified Data Security LLC, (JDS). During her time at JDS, Susie created and marketed PCI compliance programs to banks, acquirers and ISOs. Susie also implemented and oversaw merchant migration programs, and was instrumental in developing their SAQ wizard and partner portal. Under Susie’s direction, JDS enjoyed a growth rate of over 100% annually during her five years.
As a Founding Principal of MAXpci, Susie is responsible for the company's operations and is focused on growing the company's revenues by expanding its position as a leading provider of PCI compliance programs designed exclusively for small and mid-sized merchants. She is responsible for creating and marketing PCI compliance programs to banks, acquirers and ISOs.
Ms. Maxwell is active in her community. She has volunteered with, and sat on the Board of, a local girls’ softball League for over fifteen years.
Kristy Prodigalidad, Advanced Support Specialist back
Kristy Prodigalidad brings to MAXpci 15 years of customer service and support experience. In her current capacity with MAXpci, Kristy assists clients daily via phone, chat and email in completing the PCI compliance process successfully. In addition to her experience working in customer support, Kristy has an extensive background in office management and direct sales force management.
Mrs. Prodigalidad lives in the Woodbridge, Virginia with her husband and two children. She sits on the board of a local youth sports league, and is active in her children's school, assisting with events throughout the school year and participating in a variety of fund raising campaigns.
Mrs. Prodigalidad earned her Associates Degree in Business Management at Northern Virginia Community College in Woodbridge, Virginia.
Jessica Maxwell, Advanced Scan Support Specialist back
Jessica Maxwell has worked in client services for over ten years, most recently in the animal care field. Jessica is responsible for managing MAXpci’s scanning department, and plays an integral part in coordinating merchant notifications, and scheduling scans. .She also assists clients daily via phone, chat and email in completing the PCI compliance process successfully.
Ms. Maxwell is active in her community, volunteering at PetSmart, fostering cats, and raising funds for cat rescue programs. Ms. Maxwell is continuing her education at Northern Virginia Community College in Woodbridge, Virginia.
Ashley Powell, Director of Customer Support back
Ashley Powell has worked in customer supportfor over five years. In her position with MAXpci, Ashley manages a support team of support specialists who provide customer support to merchants and merchant service providers in the PCI compliance industry. Ashley is also responsible for managing MAXpci's merchant notification, enrollment, and portfolio maintenance teams, and takes the lead in managing merchant migration programs and training. Ashley most recently was involved in the expansion of the MAXcomply SAQ wizard.
Ms. Powell lives in Woodbridge, Virginia with her son, Chase. She supports his youth sports activities as an active parent, as well as supporting their fundraising efforts. She participates in many 5K events in the area that support raising awareness for child saftey.
Ms. Powell is continuing her studies at Northern Virginia Community College, majoring in Business Management. She hopes to ultimately achieve a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at George Mason University.
